1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Graphloom ("Service") at graphloom.app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
2. Description of Service
Graphloom provides:
- •AI-powered product image generation using FLUX Kontext (fal.ai)
- •Etsy listing content generation (title, tags, description) using GPT-4o Vision (OpenAI)
- •Cloud image storage via ImageKit CDN
- •Credit-based subscription plans via Polar
The Service is intended for Etsy sellers and e-commerce merchants to create professional product images and listing content.
3. Accounts & Eligibility
- •You must be at least 13 years old to use Graphloom
- •You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
- •You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- •You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
- •One person may not maintain more than one free account
- •We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms
4. Credits & Subscriptions
4.1 Credit System
Graphloom uses a credit-based system:
- •1 credit = 1 image generation OR 1 listing generation (title + 13 tags + description)
- •Credits are deducted at the time of generation
- •Credits are non-transferable between accounts
- •Credits expire at the end of each billing period — no rollover
- •Failed generations due to our error will be refunded to your credit balance

4.3 Billing
- •Subscriptions are billed monthly on the date of your first payment
- •Payments are processed by Polar — we do not store payment card details
- •Prices are in USD and exclusive of applicable taxes
- •We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
5. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to use Graphloom to:
- •Generate images that are illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or offensive
- •Generate images of real people without their consent
- •Create content that infringes on any third-party intellectual property rights
- •Generate NSFW, sexually explicit, or adult content
- •Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit our AI systems
- •Use automated scripts or bots to generate images at scale
- •Resell or redistribute our AI-generated images as a competing service
- •Circumvent credit limits or payment systems
- •Upload images that contain malware or harmful code
⚠️ Violations of this policy may result in immediate account termination without refund.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 Your Content
You retain ownership of all product images you upload to Graphloom. By uploading images, you grant Graphloom a limited, non-exclusive license to process your images solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
6.2 Generated Images
AI-generated images created from your uploads are yours to use for commercial purposes, including Etsy listings, social media, and marketing materials. We claim no ownership over images generated for you.
6.3 Graphloom IP
The Graphloom platform, logo, code, and all non-user-generated content are owned by Graphloom and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our platform without written permission.
7. Disclaimers & Limitations
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
We do not guarantee that AI-generated images will be perfect or meet your exact expectations.
AI image quality depends on the input photo quality — better photos produce better results.
We are not responsible for Etsy's acceptance or rejection of your listings.
We do not guarantee specific search ranking improvements on Etsy.
Service uptime is not guaranteed — we may experience downtime for maintenance.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Graphloom shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, resulting from your use of the Service.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to Graphloom in the 3 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time:
- •You may cancel your subscription at any time via the Billing page — access continues until end of billing period
- •We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms
- •We may terminate the Service entirely with 30 days notice
- •Upon termination, your credits and generated images may be deleted
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except where prohibited by law.
