Overview
At Graphloom, we want you to be completely satisfied with our service. This Refund Policy outlines when and how refunds are issued for our subscription plans.
💡 Graphloom subscriptions are billed monthly. You can cancel at any time, and your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.
1. Subscription Cancellation
When can I cancel?
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page in your dashboard.
What happens after I cancel?
You retain full access to Graphloom until the end of your current billing period. Your credits remain available until then.
Will I be charged again?
No. Once cancelled, your subscription will not renew and you will not be charged again.
What happens to my images?
Your generated images remain accessible until your billing period ends. After that, you lose access to the dashboard but we retain data per our Privacy Policy.
